Monty called the other one. I'm not sure why Harry is in another matchup so quickly though.

Another hard matchup for me.

In person, POD is a quality dude. On the board, he is someone who hates the Stones with a passion, picks fights with dumpjack, and declares jazz a dead genre.

I think board Harry adds more than board POD (especially since POD posts much less now) but have a hard time voting against someone I know and like in real life.

I guess its unfair to penalize Harry for never having met him, so I guess I'll vote Harry. Sorry Phil.

But posting here is seriously losing any charm it ever had. I've got work to do and music to make, and we just don't like very much of the same music. We never did. We never will.

Also, this isn't like a good bye or anything, i'm just replying to stuff i'm interested in and i'm not offering up anything cause you (the general you) also agree that we don't have much intersect as far as taste in music goes. I'll keep paying attention to recommendations of people who's taste i like.

Well, I always used to really like Dorkestrateacher's posts in the old days, and I have always felt a real life connection with this young teacher and musician P of D, always valued his opinions on music, even when I disagreed. And I just now figured out they were the same person. Duh. I only realized a couple years ago that KonstantineL and Radcliffe were different people. I should have my voting rights removed.

That being said, there is really not a choice here: P of D.
