I'm still a sucker for Caddy Shack

Rushmore is still his greatest role to date.

1st: What About Bob?

It's actually my all time favorite movie. Odd choice for all time fav I know but I have my reasons. :-)

2nd: Quick Change.

When will these warner bros executive bastards release it on DVD I ask you.

3rd: Lost In Translation.

Woulda gone there if I didn't already have all his old movies on tape or DVD sitting in the entertainment center in the next room, all except The Life Aquatic and Coffee & Cigarettes. Where The Buffalo Roam is on a videoptape from years back on TNT or some similar channel. Not the best Hunter S. Thompson imaginable, but worthwhile.

Who woulda thought that the guy who was sneered at when he replaced Chevy Chase would go on to have the best film career of any SNL cast member? I think. That is correct, no?

but honestly, I'm pretty much a sucker for every movie mentioned above; nice call on The Man Who Knew Too Little. Good shit. Even that movie with the elephant was pretty entertaining.....

Awesome! I was actually in camp when it came out. It was a rainy day so the camp took us to the movies. We could choose between Meatballs and Hair. I chose Meatballs and kicked myself afterwards when I found out there was some Beverly D'angelo nudity in Hair.

Where in Northern Ontario?

Not really that Northern: Camp White Pine, Haliburton. Just off the 118. A number of the scenes were filmed in the cabin I lived in in my final summer as a camper with my boys and my boys boys. Whether they be true signings or not, Bill Murray's name was scrawled in the rafters in various places.
