This is the Play-In portion of the Group Stage (4 groups of 5 albums) where the 20 second place albums with the best percentage of votes will compete to make the tournament. The winner of this group will go on to face the 16-seeded Frank Black And The Catholics - Black Letter Days in a Play-In Match tomorrow.

The deadline to vote is Thursday, August 6th at 1:00PM Eastern Time.

Hard choice, I went with At Dawn over Andrew Bird (one of the two AB's I like) and Exploding Hearts. None of these are in the league of Black Letter Days though.

If I could vote again, I might have placed a strategic vote for that crappy Dungen album to give FB the best chance in the next round.

Damn.
How did I not see the Bird?

I am so freaking impulsive.
At any rate, if A.B. looses to Exploding Heats, I'll be okay with that.

Exploding Hearts, I don't listen to much stuff like that, but that's just a good little record.
