what albums do you consider absolutely flawless?

I'll start with 2:

Dalen's list will be really long.

I happen to think Soft Bulletin is perfect, but that's me. Most of the records that would be in my top 20 of Listmania (if I had the inclination to make one) would be perfect in my mind.

Too many to name, but here's a few:

Pearl Jam - Ten
Nirvana - Nevermind
Miles Davis - Kind of Blue
John Coltrane - Giant Steps
Metallica - Master of Puppets
Joni Mitchel - Blue
Megadeth - Peace Sells

Dinosaur Jr. - Where You Been
Radiohead - OK Computer
Pink Floyd - The Wall
Old 97's - Too Far To Care

Probably several more but I'd have to think about this a while. Mine aren't very creative but to me a "perfect" album has to have no weak tracks and over-arching themes don't hurt.

None. I can get sick of and/or find fault with anything.

Although I suppose "perfect" doesn't exist, this is my standard.

Albums that I not only can, but HAVE TO listen from beginning-to-end; once I start, I have a hard time stopping:

I'd say OK Computer, but I find myself always skipping over 'Fitter Happier'.

Operation:Mindcrime

Shiv nailed a few: Psalm 69 & Angel Dust are flawless.

Even though several of the singles were overplayed to death, I'd say 'Siamese Dreams' from the Pumpkins is pretty damn perfect.

I'd have to think more about this, but off the top no surprises . . .

Dire Straits - Dire Straits

I agree with that REM- Murmur

J. Buffett - white sport coat and a pink crustacean, yeah really
