Radcliffe is the guy who turned me on to it. It really is a great record.
Anyway, I'll PM you.

But if you would prefer a "real" copy of the thing, Amazon does have used copies in "Like New" condition for 1¢.
Just sayin'.
But still... check your PMs.

Got to listening to the Love Story bonus material today, which got me wondering about where the band members are today and what they're doing, musically. Particularly Thomas Anselmi.
Did a little digging and found this article, which let me to this album:

Anyone know anything about it?
Radcliffe... I call upon you again!

Also looking for a way to get my hands on some Slow albums. Fuckers could have used a bit more unique name, eh? Made it a little easier to search for 'em.

Slow only put out an EP and a single (respectively, "Against the Glass" and "I Broke The Circle"). Both are very rare high-priced collector's items these days because Anselmi refuses to release any Slow material in digital form. Everything that exists online is transferred from the vinyl source (although on my Slow family tree mix I used a higher quality unofficial remix that an acquaintance did by himself).

I respect MIRROR but it's not something that really speaks to me. Anselmi himself seems way more interested in running his hotel these days, a development which in turn speaks volumes about the whole failed history of Slow/Copyright/etcetera.

I've posted this before, but it might help you out: http://unherdmusic.blogspot.ca/2010/09/slow-family-tree.html

Rads is gonna love this. After all the ballyhoo, I grabbed the penny cd from Amazon. I really like it, but after listening the first time the only thing that I could think is "this sounds a whole lot like The Wrens."

Sure, it sounds like the Wrens in the same way Phil Collins sounds like Thorax Embalmer.

I was looking for something more like in the same way haggis tastes like lasagna.

See, haggis and lasagna are too similar.

And oatmill.

I'm thinking that this album is every bit as good as the one that preceded it.

I know that Rads disagrees. But really, this is a helluva record.
