Yeah this is pretty much an Obner incarnate list.

I'm not surprised though. The Spoon brand has come to represent quality over the last 10 years and it looks like this list was compiled based on a high level of consistency, not necessarily the "greatest".

DBT is my band of the decade. But, hey, that's just me.

For the most part I find it hard to take these critics seriously who write for jerkwater zines and websites. In the case of Spoon, they may have gotten it right. Consistency is the key. DBT is certainly a close second.

I would agree that they are definitely the most consistent. Most consistent doesn't mean best to me though.
