I watched the original something like 50 times when I was a kid; twice in the theaters and then just about every time that I could when they played it on HBO.

The trailer for the new one... well, who can tell?
Looks like the big-budget remake that it is, but that is not going to stop me from seeing it!

It will never top the original in my mind because of Saturday morning nostalgic reasons, and that I'm a Harryhausen fan.

I have no doubt though that Sam Worthington will be a better Perseus. Though, I had more interest in this when Rodriguez was attached to direct this. I'm still interested in his Red Sonja though.
