We have entered the phase where baby is only happy when you are holding him while standing. FUN!

I found this at a local grocery store in my hometown over the weekend for about $10 for a 24 pack.
I have read that it has sold for under $2.50 a six pack in some upper midwest locations.
It is produced by the old Huber Brewing Company in Monroe, WI that is now run by Minhas Brewing Co, which was started by a set of twins in Calgary.
It is pretty shitty, but worth the price. It was more reminiscent of malt liquor than it was a weak American pilsner. I'm surprised it hasn't spread to the ghetto liquor stores of Lincoln and Omaha.

Well, the people who started the company aren't twins, but they are brother and sister. The remarkable thing is they started the company right out of high school. I have a great deal of respect for their business savvy, but I'm bothered that they market Mountain Crest as a local beer when it's brewed in Wisconsin.

I have a friend whose brother loves this shit so much he shipped 2 cases down for his week vacation!

It has a slightly buttery taste....

Yeah, I actually heard about it through his twitter acct, so I'm assuming he's cool with it, and tongue-in-cheek nature of it. I figure it was probably started on a drunken new year's eve and we won't see too many updates though.

Whiney, however, I believe is gonna keep on truckin' through '10 with his reviews which is a highlight of my feed for sure.
