i was not a fan before i saw her play, but she had one awe-inspiring and captivating song that is still one of the best pieces of music i've ever heard live. the rest of the show after that fell off a ledge and even inspired a new rule about leaving concerts with friends in tow. but, my goodness, that one song was amazing.

Thinking about catching one of the DC shows. She's playing at the Sixth and I Synagogue which is a pretty good venue to watch a show like this. Tickets are $30 though, which is kinda pricey.
