I'm taking your word, FT. I think I saw it in a newsgroup this morning...

Been listening to this for the past couple days. The first 4 or 5 songs are really strong. And you are right about the end of "Destroyer."

You spelt palette as "pallet" in the first paragraph.

Nicely done- well written. It evoked my curiosity and makes me want to hear the disc.

Hip-D is a hype-free zone. No backlash here. It's all about the music...and cheap one-liners at the musicians' expense.

Descriptions don't get much more apt than that. Nicely done!

So I've spun this 3 times now and it's pretty damn stellar. I've only heard about 10-12 2005 releases so far and this is def. one of the better ones.

Another one of those bands that I should've been down with from the beginning seeing how I was a big Archers fan.

Thanks FT!

listening for the 2nd time right now - first thougts are summed up easily: awesome. A really classic sound to the album, a real progression over the last couple of albums...visceral and emotional yet really good production and a more finished feel...good balance.
