I go through phases with them. And love them soooooo much during those phases. Below is one of their better moments, though an entire album is still the best...

I have a cassette EP that I got in the early 90s... I remember liking it, but it has been years since I listened. I should dig that out.. I think it was on Matador..,.

I have Blonder Tongue Audio Baton, which I occasionally listen to. I dig, but haven't really looked further than that.

HUGE fucking fan.

If you put a gun to my head I might say I like Youthful Days more than Blonder Tongue, but it's a very tough choice for me. They also have a slew of other EPs and releases less known than those 2 that are really really good as well. I think they're one of the few bands that really made subtle electronic elements fit well in a rock context and it not sound forced in the 90s.

However, I think they're best release might be the What to Do About Them EP--I think that came out right before BTAB.
