Witnesses on the scene said the plane was doing full throttle on impact, so it definitely wasn't having engine trouble. Blew up like a mofo for just a single-engine...wonder if it was packed with explosives or something. That building went up something fierce. Hope there were survivors in that place!

Sources are now saying it was intentional. Pilot set house on fire, then stole the plane, then crashed it.

It was his plane. Apparently he didn't find it fair that every time he tried to dance around paying taxes, he got caught, had to pay what he didn't pay the first time, plus penalties & interest. It ruined his life to the point that he lived in a $240,000 house and owned a fucking AIRPLANE.
