Pretty cool story on NPR. Nice to hear Dexter Romweber and Wanda Jackson too.

So I posted this link on facebook too, and a fellow friend/UGA alum responded and said he'd seen a documentary on Dexter recently called "Two Headed Cow." I did a search here and didn't find anything about it, so has anyone seen it? Unfortunately not available on Netflix. I did find this though.

I've had at least 4 chances to see Dex Romweber over the last 2 years and have FAILED to do so.

Sadly, he canceled his date here not long ago.

Am curious now if Wanda' gonna put out a full length soon.

In case anyone is interested.... Flat Duo Jets' "Go Go Harlem Baby." Lemme know if there are problems with downloads, as I got a weird error when I was uploading it.

Man, I LOVED every scene with Dexter and the Flat Duo Jets in Athens, GA Inside / Out. And this album:

I thought I read a while back this was in the works. Maybe I'm just dreaming. I'll poke around the innernets and see if I can find anything.

Edit: There's definitely a White-produced Wanda Jackson album in the works, but I can't find a definite release date. One site said June 8, but I find that to be suspect.

I have the "Carl Sagan" 7" they put out.... play it out regularly, and get questions about it constantly. Basically, a one-sided 7" of this:

with some schematics "etched" into the b-side.
