I saw this yesterday with the family. I didn't even know that it existed until my wife requested that we see it for Mother's Day. Gotta say: it was a pretty great movie. Of course, the babies, themselves are hilarious and adorable. But, after the movie was over, out with the family, I saw a couple walking their baby in the stroller and could not help but to think about that baby and it's place in the world... how their growing up/going to grow up and all that. And, isn't that what a documentary is supposed to do?

On top of it all, for a movie with NO dialogue, it held the attention of even my attention-challenged 8-year-old boy. He loved it.

Recommended.

Seeing this tomorrow, prolly, & am looking forward to lollering at Hattie's Stuff White People Parent.

From the trailers, it seems Mom & Dad Hat are walking sceneasta cliche.

Pretty much. Lots of acoustic guitars lining the walls of their groovy SanFran apartment.

Yeah, I wanna see this in spite of the mixed reviews. Looks to be a well-shot nature-doc type flick about babies, and that seems like it couldn't go very wrong.
