I think the only one I've heard is XX, which I still spin regularly. I'm curious about this Laura Marling, whose names keeps showing up in my newsfeed.

she has a wonderful voice, but her latest album is not as good as her debut.

The new Weller is the best thing he's done since the Jam (although IMO that's not saying much). He even reunites with Bruce Foxton on a couple tracks.

Biffy Clyro is still around?

Yeah, Biffy Clyro is still around. A bunch of young indie douchebags here in the states really loved some single (The Captain) they released earlier this year, I think the video was even getting played on MTV2.
As for Dizzee Rascal, I didn't know he released a new album this year, but he was one of many Brit artists to release a forgettable pro-England 2010 World Cup song.
