Friday - uh....

Saturday - graduation

Sunday - see Friday

No gigs, no rehearsals, no work, no recording, no summer job... this is my 2nd proper summer vacation in 11 years of teaching.

And I woke up at 6:15 thinking i was late to work.

I've spent the last four straight days drinking from 6 PM to 2 AM. I'm either going to go another three days and call it a week or I'm going to crash tonight and sleep through Saturday. If I wake up at any decent hour I might go to the flea market. I need chairs.

A friend of my wife's is in one of those 3-way relationships. Interesting.

My weekend:

Friday: work til 6:30p then go over and work the beer tent at Western MD BluesFest til 10pm.
Maybe hit up an afterparty.

Saturday: BluesFest from 10am - 10pm

Sunday: Church, lunch with friends, relax.

Man, we just got a new Alamo up here. I wish they'd do stuff like that. They show older movies, but nothing that far off the beaten path.

Friday: Working the rest of the day, hitting the local Italian joint for some bocconcini & eggplant insalata and some fresh lasagne, waiting for the missus to come home from Banff after a week way; drinking a lot of red.

Saturday: Going to try my hand at live seafood for the first time, picking up some lobster. I've never even seen this done before so it should be an interesting exercise.

Sunday: Walk around in the coulees.

Tim League, the founder, just got tapped to be CEO again. They say they are going to bring all the franchised Drafthouses back into the game, spreading out the fun shit to the other theaters.

Corey... if you haven't planned where to get dim sum yet, let me HIGHLY recommend

http://www.fortuneaustin.com/

better than shanghai and TS for sure.

Newby, how do the mathematics of that work out? Like, who lives where and what bills get paid by whom? This would be a moot question if my dogs would go earn some fucking money instead of living the most charmed existences in the western hemisphere.

they all live in a house they own. my brother's the mgr of an organic co-op, so he brings home a portion of the free-range bacon. the other dude is a handyman-type dude. the girl is a grad student and photographer. i don't know who pays for what.

so far, i've had no luck getting two hot girls to be interested in a similar arrangement
