I like the album but the video version of Excuses was so much better IMO I had to sonic grab it or whatever you call it.

I'm glad you dig. The album version buries his awesome voice and kills the big band collaboration defeating the whole effort of the song. If I never saw the video I wouldn't have been so peeved about it, but it got to me when I heard the difference.
