i do have to admit i've never read more reviews that mentioned a band's wardrobe choices than those for jsbx at pitchfork. i can understand why that might make him a little upset. but i thought they sounded great that day, especially for it being only their first week back after a significant hiatus. so he wore leather pants on a 90-degree day. it was only for an hour. i don't think i've ever seen jsbx where he wasn't wearing leather pants.

it was really funny right before their set some guy behind me goes, "jesus christ, russell simins has got fat." truth.
