This reminds me of Rock'n'roll actually being dangerous. Check out the Michael Jackson "one glove." I've watched this at least 20x and it's one of the best rock performances I've seen. It's insane. If I was a parent then, I probably would want to keep my kids away from this too. The video also reminds me of the quote from John Lennon that neither the Beatles or the Stones did anything to improve on Chuck Berry.

I just randomly discovered this while surfing youtube and thought some of you might enjoy.

Another clip from the same concert - I wonder if this entire thing is available somewhere, with English subtitles...

I think that's Cliff Gallup on guitar. He was awesome. A full video of the performance would be great, especially if they played "Race With The Devil."

That footage is from 63/64.' Cliff was out of the band by then, I think.

Funny, I've been meaning to post a Vincent thread. Just a couple of weeks ago I bought The Screaming End, best of GV and the Blue Caps. The guy/band rocks.

I'd heard a bit of his studio stuff, but man, it really didn't do justice to him. These videos are great.

Whoops, amps got unplugged... hah that's awesome. Way to keep composure (and keep convulsing on the floor).

I saw this today and thought of this thread. I had never heard of the Tielman Brothers, but they were pretty big in Europe.
