this is why 7-11 type places have those weird piped in stations that play a very odd selecion of songs.

i am curious as to: where is that line, where listening to music is a crime. i can listen to a song at home, in my car, but not at the bar?

i understand if there is a jukebox and someone is making money off of it...fine by me....but just 'listening to cd's'?
