Visiting Salem Mass made me wonder how long it'll be til there's a "genre" called Witch Dungeon, if there isn't already.

The Dreaded Marco and bitterbuffalo (who never posts here anymore) would be the authorities on SLC.

Yeah. bb and I both live here, as does typeslowly (another infrequent poster). bb and I are both transplants (from Connecticut and Seattle, respectively) and we both love it. Shoot me a PM if you've got any specific questions.

Still a little early in the year but it's a half hour drive from some world class skiing.

Only other thing I've done there is go to the Mormon tabernacle while passing through headed to Denver on a family vacay.

The skiing is 2nd to none. And the 30 minute drive is not an exaggeration.

I entered "I'm Pathetic" into an online competition for use in an MTV show.
Yeah, I know, but if I can get anything heard in any way these days, I'm gonna give it a shot.
So, at the risk of sounding like a street teamer (again?), it would help me out if you would go give a listen to
"I'm Pathetic" (with Toots on vocals), and "favorite" it, or something.
I think that some of you actually liked it in the first place, anyway, so that would be cool.
Thanks.

I think just playing it, clicking "favorite," and, yeah, Facebook liking it should all help some.
Thanks!

Most of the album tacos are good, but very few make me laugh out loud. This one did for some reason:

Technics ceases production of SL-1200 turntables

Quote:
Just days after Sony announced that the cassette Walkman is history, another all time icon of the audio world has been put out to pasture. After months of rumors and speculation, Panasonic officially announced the end of Technics SL-1200 production in a statement to the Tokyo Reporter.
