Discovered some random posts while searching for a possible previous topic, and couldn't find anything.

So after three years of waiting for their new album, I'm surprised that they took this step after "We Have You Surrounded's" continuous dancetrack. I've played it a few times, already, at home and in the car, and it works nicely if you're not focusing on it too hard. While I wish they'd've made a return to garage, it's slightly apparent that 2011 is shaping up to be the musicians' year to pay respect to the past; whatever form of music it was.

I think Mick is pretty much done with garage or whatever rock at this point. The Gories reunited and did no new recording, so he's just kinda trotting up some different paths to see what fun he can have and the techno covers album was it. I've not listened beyond the video for "Sharevari" but that right there was pretty fun.
