Its pretty cool to see people getting into them. I've been into them for awhile, the put up a live record (for free) and a Christmas record at the holidays. Definitely should check that out. Interesting to see them getting written up on blogs and whatnot. For the longest time all that was paying attention to them were Christian blogs/mags/etc. Good for them.

they played in AL the same night as spoon in a different part of the venue. I checked them out for a minute and they were pretty damn good.

One of those bands that seemingly came from out of nowhere. I guess they're good if you're into this kind of music. Not really my bag. I kind of picked up on the Christian music without actually hearing anything about that association. That also helps explain why they're big in Nashville. This town is FULL of fans of Sufjan Stevens and other acts with Christian association, but aren't really in the Christian music scene.

For all intensive purposes Mumford and Sons has a huge Christian following as well because their past associations.

Heard this on spinner and liked the first couple tracks. Christian thing is a definite turnoff though.
