I like this band...anyone else ?...anyway their new record whih comes out next Tuesday is streaming on NPR.

only heard one song by them but i liked it. they're playing in boston the same night as moon duo and warm ghost. undecided on which show i want to go to.

that's a tossup. i thought joy formidable was ok the one time i saw them, but they were a lot heavier than i thought and almost throwback grungy or something. moon duo sounded much more polished and had cool lighting effects.

i liked the first album way better than this new one. the new one is maybe too alt-rock for me...
