Sort of hip hop-ish in a Sleigh Bells way, "Hello" being sung alot in it, and opened with a compressed loop like a stuttering disc, any ideas who that is?

I guess some version has been out since last year, but I just heard it for the first time today. Not the be all end all it just caught my ear in that Rill Rill tune kind of way.

agreed. I listen to my ipod on random in my car when I have no major preference and unless Rill Rill comes on, I immediately turn it because it hurts my ears. haha God, I am getting old.
