So my recently relocated Friendly and I have decided, like good Murcans, to wile away the days of our mundane Midwestern existence by eating through the list of awe-inspiring meatwiches thus described on the Cheese and Burger Society web site. We have declared every Tuesday Cheeseburger Tuesday, and will be alternating preparation of these luscious calorie cluster bombs betwixt her kitchen and mine until we are done or we can't breathe, whichever comes first.

First up...THE CASANOVA

Image

Beef patty, ham and Swiss cheese with sauteed mushrooms, dijon mustard and mayonnaise on a potato roll.

Will give a full report on Wednesday...

skip the mayo, add bacon into the meat, and that's pretty much my most made burger.

for mayonnaise, i prefer a light skimming across the bun. not a thickly bladed dose of bob ross titanium white
