Last shows of the band, recorded at Birmingham's The Nick. Looks really great.

Its weird, because it seems like in their breaking up more and more people are hearing about this band. McPherson says no more band, and seems to be moving on with another solo record...but we'll see. In an interview HERE he says there's a dread about finishing this because it will lead to people asking them to play live again.

gawd, The Nick is one of the worst rock clubs in the southeast. It gives you Hep-C when you walk in the door.

Bummer. I had no idea they broke up.

Looks pretty scuzzy, but I dig that gigantic flag. Is that there all the time or was that placed for the filming of this doc?

Also, in that interview link I posted he mentions that playing in clubs like that really took its toll.

yeah, they meant dick in the touring world. Never sold more than 200 tix anywhere. That explains why they couldn't play good rooms.

They were going to do a split with Chooglin' years ago. I don't think it ever happened.
