Thanks Bob! I've been at work all day and I'm banking on doing it up in 24 hours as my long weekend begins demain. We should just turn this into the weekend thread while we're at it

Awhile ago I got a hand on some grass-fed beef from a co-worker. Couple of completely awe-inspiring t-bones that were legitimate game-changers for me. So I finagled a couple of rib-eyes from her, went to a butcher for a couple of more rib-eyes and went to the grocery for a few more. Gonna do up a pepsi challenge and see if it's the taste/expectation is all in my head. I've got a couple coming down for a visit so I'm going to do this up proper and have a few other people experience these steaks. Also, got a case of wine for the occasion.
