one of my three favorite boxers of all time

his old segments with '80s NBC letterman were HILARIOUS

letterman (to joe, while he's pumping gas): "are ya gonna top it off, joe?"
frazier: "why ya wanna take the top off???"

turns out i was thinking of a different segment he did with frazier - think it was actually via phone. in fact, i think after this initial video bit, he would call joe periodically for random hijinks and non sequiturs
