I never stick to them, but I think if I write down my goals that I'll see on a day to day basis, I will be reminded to give it a shot....(Who am I kidding?)

1. Lose that last 10-12 lbs. and stay there for the remainder of my days...
2. Get my Type II Diabetes under control. 12.9A1C ain't gonna go without problems much longer.
3. Spend more time on quality music I download and less time on quantity. Sucks when I wanna hear everything that even peaks my interest. Then I sit on probably 100 records that I need to hear, and gives me less time to enjoy the music I actually heard and liked...
4. Find inner happiness. Nobody is gonna do it for my, but myself.
5. No more label website re-designs....(Toots, stay by your email. LOL)
6. Build on the buzz that Play the Assassin finally achieved after 7 years, in 2012. Turn a bigger profit, w/ less fiddling (See #5)
7. Read a book every two weeks.
8. Join a Softball and/or Basketball recreational league.
9. Less diet soda / more water.
10.....heh....heh, who am i kidding?

Develop a better than the current passing familiarity with the Traffic catalogue. This may be a mistake, but I feel like I should know more than the two or three tracks one occasionally hears on classic rock radio.

Last year I resolved to take better care of my skin. I'm pledging to continue this.

Also:

I'm making real money now so I need to start taking care of it a bit better. Learn more about investing.
Take a real vacation for myself. I've never done this before and am hatching a plan.

That's about it, I want to try and keep it reasonable and actionable.

The ones I'm confident I'll keep

1. Travel more - trips already planned to Peru & Central California Wine Country, firm commitment to go to N.O. for jazzfest, and discussions about various ski trips, the grand canyon, alaska, hawaii, etc.

2. Lose the 15 lbs I put on this year

3. Continue to improve as a cook.

Ones I think I'll keep

3. Eat out at a special restaurant at least once a quarter

4. Finally take guitar lessons

5. Buy house (would be in confident section if I were sure I'd find something I'll like for the price)

Goals but Who knows If I'll keep them

6. Avoid putting the 15 lbs back on.

7. Entertain more.

8. Be better about staying in touch with east coast friends.

9. Be more disciplined in business. Work harder and smarter but not necessarily longer hours.

10. Watch less TV, read more and listen to music more.

11. Find a cause/organization I believe in and start volunteering (who am i kidding?)

12. Waste less food/shop smarter.

Read more. I have a backlog of at least 20 books to go through.
Lose 10-15 lbs. The girl and I are starting a cleanse on Monday which includes no drinking for 3 Weeks. :(
Take more vacations. Got Costa Rica in March and maybe Miami in September.
Try and go through my 28 boxes of comics and sell what I don't want.
Drink less.
Hopefully start brewing beer with Capn & Neuro. Though that kind of damns the resolution above.

This. Also, what's with all this drinkin' less business? I guess I was the only one picking up more beer from the grocery store today.

I mean, 3+ good beers a night, besides being expensive probably isn't good for the old liver.

three standard beers per day aren't going to do shit to your liver unless you're a fat fuck, have viral hepatitis, an already cirrhotic liver, a metabolic disorder or chomping tylenol. drink up, pussy.
