Anybody been listening to these LooGAR & Bloor podcasts? I just noticed they've already got five episodes in the can. I'm about to wrap up the first two, and they are pretty great. Glad they are back "on the air."

Gotta say, it's pretty inspired for them to refer to Bloor's Redlands recording room as "Second Mile Studio" and calling one episode the "Rhythmic Slapping Edition."

Someday offline, I'll tell you about Send The Food Back Productions.

We have some technical difficulties in eps 3 and 4, but I think we're starting to hit our stride.

Thanks for listening - we're actually having a good time doing these.

Yeah, your mic on episode 3 is OPEN GARBAGE. You sounded like Jame Gumb talking into a can underwater.

I didn't know these existed but will check them out. I'm intrigued even more seeing a shirt from my local brewery (Bell's) in the video.

No we aren't. Though it is the most actual conversation we've had in 6 or 7 years.

Can't wait to start having some guests and contributors now that we are getting over some of the technical hurdles.

Bottom line: If we are still doing this in six months, it will be really fucking good.

Thanks for checking it out guys (and Bob for bringing it up); we are sort of on a slow roll out so expectations don't get ahead of what we are producing.

I found this on Bloor's twitter profile and enjoyed the behind the scenes convo. Naturally, I'm keen to hear GAR's Sandusky rant for Ep 1, but couldn't manage to access it (no box dialog like the other eps) in Chrome or Internet Explorer. Any help?

Chris wants to humblebrag through the muddle for awhile. He'll come around once they book me on Morning Joe.

Listened to the latest and it's well done.

But, I don't know who these people are. They're holding back. The people I know have eviscerated everything under heaven at some point in their lives.

This is the PG rated version. Open up the playbook.

I'll expect my guest appearance invite soon.

I might need you to read this on mic for promo purposes.

You know where the studio is or we'll patch you in any old time. Bring it.

Early rounds of a fight. We're working on the format and the functionality. The vitriol will come. Especially if you get in studio.

Got through eps 1 and part of 2 yesterday, mostly on the ride home. 34 degrees and 85mph for an hour with 6 layers on, scrunching my head down behind the windshield where it's quiet to try and hear GAR'S GODDAM AWFUL EXCUSE FOR A MIC.

So far, so very good. I get frustrated, though, when I can't interject. For 7 or 8 milliseconds I'm all like "wtf why can't they hear me" and then I remember I'm not on the phone. Ie, it's wierd when you KNOW them.

PS - I wanna be your field reporter from the Peoples Republic.

It gets better. In the first episode I'm in studio, and the third we had real bad connection, and it just wasn't working.

The 5th I think has the overall best sound, etc. But we're making upgrades, etc.

Think we can make enough money on kickstarter to allow me to quit my job and do this full time?

Whatever podcast where you're on about beers and Derris and I get shout-outs, came on this morning on the motorcycle on my way in. 6:50am, 24 fucking degrees out, and I started laughing so much my visor fogged completely over. So I had to ride with it open, and my fucking snot froze.

Just thought you'd want to know that.

At least you didn't crash, dude.

FT almost inadvertently became a Vesco Island guest yesterday when I was testing out some connections through Google+.

Is that what you were doing? I just saw the invite pop up on Google, and clicked on it to see what was going on. You were clearly in mad scientist board op mode.
