Heard a track called Dragon Twist byt a Japanese Rockabilly band called the Black Cats and want to see what I can dig up but coming up just a few vague references and a couple really shitty quality downloads with no tags or song titles. Anyone know where I could fins anything for download or purchase?

I was intrigued so I poked around a bit. This is the best I came up with. Some are pretty low bitrate, but I dl'd a couple and they are tagged. The couple I got don't have your song on them, though.
