do you have any tips for a good spot to watch the BCS Title Game next Monday in SLC? Staying at the Sheraton downtown after a weekend in Park City and will have a car.

Lumpys Downtown is pretty good and I think it's only 2 or 3 blocks from the Sheraton. Check out Bar X before the game for some great cocktails though. It's also walking distance.

Where are you guys skiing? Park City, Deer Valley or the Canyons?

Lumpy's sounds familiar from the quick search we did last year. Any opinions on Squatters, Red Rock or The Bayou? We don't necessarily need a sports bar, but i'm not sure those others would even have tv's at all - especially The Bayou, which interests me the most due to their beer list.

We will be skiing Canyons on Saturday, DV on Sunday and Snowbird on Monday. Looks like we missed out on the goods that fell leading up to Christmas but it will still be soooo much better than the ~20" base we skied on last year at this time.

If you don't specifically need a sports bar, I'd recommend the Bayou. It's Beervana. And they do have a few televisions. Squatters and Redrock Breweries are also good but can't top the Bayou for beer selection.

Yeah, the snow fell heavy last week. The forecast doesn't look like much new this week but the bases are all 50-70 at this point.

With all the young parents on the board, how has "Paging Dr Dreaded Marco" not been a stickied advice thread? Fuck WebMD or Dr. Spock, we got Marco!

skiing was great, park city is a blast, snowbird rules, etc etc....but the real star of the show for me was the meal at the Red Iguana. holy cow. we have some good/great mexican here but this place was increĆble. i'd be there weekly if i lived in SLC.

Yeah. The Red Iguana is fantastic. Best mole I've ever had.

Glad to hear the skiing was good.
