It's an instrumental album made only from samples of (all of) Fugazi's songs. It's a benefit for two charities and appears to be available as mp3 or CD.

Just kidding. Looks interesting, but I don't think I wanna pay for it.

I have heard that Wugazi mash up which is interesting, but one listen was enough (like most mash ups for me).
