Just got this for a good price from Second Spin. Image

Man, I am really into bands like these now- Galactic, Trombone Shorty, Liquid Soul, Bonerama, etc. Love the horns and the acid-jazzy thing.

Any suggestions for similar types of bands?

that czarface is really great. it sounds like a lost mf doom/wu-tang album and i'm really surprised at how good it is coming from inspectah deck and 7L and esoteric.

Handsome Family: Twilight

Beautifully creepy alt country Americana weirdness. Probably my second favorite of theirs behind Through the Trees. Great duo that I've given a ton of play to over the years. Highly recommended. Lovely vinyl pressing too if you can find one.

Why are you surprised? I think 7L and Esoteric are great. Also, I wanna hear this!
