It's ok. Definitely much better than the other stuff I've heard of his, sounds like he realized he's a shitty pianist and decided to make his stuff a little more layered.

This wasn't bad. It was nice having it play in the background. Kind of Eno-ish which is always a good thing.

It's better than older Eluvium I've heard, I guess.

I prefer One Mile North for this kind of stuff, and some of the ones Dalen mentioned, like The Dead Texan.

Its funny because as I was listening to this my wife came in and said the exact same thing.

It does drag a bit, but I still like it.

Album is great, my no1 of the year so far. He's gotten rid of the piano found on Lambent Material and focused solely on beautiful synth washes. You should have uploaded 'Everything To Come' though Aimaa, it's a little more accessible then 'New Animals From The Air'. It's definitely not for everyone, but it's beautiful if you get it.

I bought it this past weekend and I really like it. I tend to have a lot of patience with ambient music, so I pretty much liked it right off the bat. Definitely one of my favorites so far.
