I watched Judgement at Nuremburg the other night... even though Schnell eats the set, and Burt Landcaster is oddly melodramatic, the film still stands up as a serious exploration of guilt, responsibility, and I had forgotten the extensive horrific footage of the death camps. Best moment is when Landcaster asks to talk to Spencer Tracy after being sentenced, he weasles his way into asking for a level of understanding and forgiveness for his "admitting responsibility", and Tracy is having none of it... his "nope, and he walks away" is a great moment of American cinema.
I'm just sayin'....
