Debut from Swedish (?) multiinstrumentalist. I like my post rock with soaring crescendos and major chords. This came out of nowhere for me and stayed at the top of the list the entire year, much like Dustin Wong's instrumental piece last year. Lyrics just get in the way

Oh interesting, I totally stumbled upon that Neon Lights album, too.
Something felt a bit "off" to me, but was interesting enough to get me to download it. Haven't really returned to it; should do that.
