I am getting married in less than two weeks and having trouble making the final decision on our first dance. Help me choose. The Ronettes song is awesome and a major classic, but the Yo La Tengo one is a bit more unique and quirky. Help!

When it comes to weddings, always defer to classics... Ronettes the easy choice between the two

yup.
Unless the YLT song has some more-personal significance. Then go with that one.
But, on a matter of principle, I voted Ronettes.

deferring to the classics is sheer laziness. it's your party, who are you trying to appease? center of gravity is benign & preciously sincere - go w/ YLT. save the ronettes (pref baby, i love you) for the all-skate later in the evening. also, walker bros' you don't have to tell me. glad to help!

Yeah play the song that means more to the two of you. It's your night.

I picked YLT because I assumed it has more personal significance to you. If that's not the case, go with the other one.

Congrats! I can't imagine why anyone would want to get with an economist, but like you I imagine I am grateful.
