I used to really enjoy beer. Now I drink a couple and I just feel full and gross.

Today is the first day I've worn pants in at least a week

i was thinking about going and getting a beer myself. but then it started raining, and now I'm 50.50.

I'd say about once every three to four months. It certainly isn't the partying of old days, when I would attend a show and drink way too much cheap beer, or consume way too much expensive booze at a dance club. It usually involves agreeing to stay out for one more beer or splitting a rare bottle of some really high alcohol beer after I spent the day judging beer. I only count that as partying, since I tend to have a slight hangover after those evenings.

Once in awhile we have friends over and wind up staying up til like 2.

Last night I went to dinner with some neighbors in the neighborhood and had 2 margaritas and a beer.

Went home and 2 more beers while watching Game of Thrones. Does that count?

I mean, I probably drink 3-5 nights a week but not sure I'd call it "partying".

Karaoke til 1am friday. Mostly just trivia and evening beer though.

I usually drink three nights a week, but I can't call that partying, especially when two of those nights typically involve drinking 2-3 beers at home alone and being in bed by 10:00pm. I generally consider it research, or simply relaxing after a long day of work.

I drove to New Jersey a couple weekends ago to see a punk rock show. Also went to a pinball museum. That's how I roll.

Change that to 5-7 and that's me. When I was younger, I drank with the intent to get drunk. Now I maybe do that a handful of times per year. It's pretty rare though for me to not have a cocktail when I get home and a glass of wine or a beer with dinner.
