I have to disagree though. When nature is calling sumpin fierce, the pain of having to pee and can't is much worse IMO.

I think anyone who has stood in long line for the bathroom at a bar would feel this way.

Has to be defecation. A prolonged bowel-movement, to rival the one featured in last nite's NSFW Theatre (i.e., the "Russian" shittress), instigates a calm in me to rival zen.

Meanwhile, the only time I really feel a release following a voiding of the bladder is when I havn't urinated in some hours, have had a few beers, and am sporting a stiff one. (Attempting to urinate thru the President is a chore.)

All this said, though, the best is either a b.m. or bladder void upon having consumed a coffee or three. It smells like a cafe latte, and it makes my bathroom seem like a happening spot, not a spot where shit happens.
