Pouring through my collection (1,100+ CDs listened to so far) has been quite a journey. I'm not writing about it much, though.
This weekend something just clicked with Youth of America. I used to prefer Is This Real?, but now I can't decide. Both are amazing. The Wipers are/were truly one of the lost gems of 80s punk/rock.
I'm also really digging Silver Scooter. I bought a good chunk of their catalog during a Peek-A-Boo sale yeeeaars ago, and only pull them out once in a while, but a dedicated listen to their first three albums has me appreciating them a lot more.
