In addition to making me quite sad, Bowie's untimely passing has led me to contemplate the rapid passage of time, especially in light of the fact that my oldest son turns 21 today.

When I joined the original incarnation of this board over at CMJ, he was SIX FUCKING YEARS OLD.

And my 13-year-old son was still months away from BEING CONCEIVED.

Changes, indeed...
