This has been one of the best weeks of my life besides Bush. A new job, a girl, and now one of the best bands, IMO, has a new album.

Originally this post was going to (bee) about asking to see if anyone already had it and wanted to share. I have looked around and everyone who has it has like 800 uploads already. But just now one of my best friends on slsk just casually said “I bet you are really looking forward to the new Mercury Rev in January.” I said yeah it has leaked but impossible to get. Than he said "Its fantastic and you can get it from me when you want."

Thanks to the music gods for Soulseek. I’m BeeOK, always in the CMJ Room and have a horrible music addiction. My np is my latest addiction.

OK, I finally have the full album. Soulseek has been insane tonight and a bunch of people queued it up from me when it was still downloading. A few people from this board as well. I’m off for a few hours but will be back on very soon. My slsk friends and people from CMJ (or Obner rather) will get it first.

You could've downloaded the first release of the album from Mercury Rev's site directly.

This whole downloading an album before it's released has always left a bad taste in my mouth. Unless, the band officially says it's ok, I feel it's a form of disrespect. But that's just me.

i tried to download it from you but it said file not found or something like that.

the 2nd person i tried to download it from autobanned me. dick.

i'm now *hopefully* downloading the entire album from someone else.
