Off the top of my head, I've only got:

and The Lowest of The Low, pretty much anything off Shakespeare, but I'll go with "Just About 'The Only' Blues".

The one that first comes to mind is Bobcaygeon, by the Tragically Hip.

They play radio-ready blink 182 / sum 41 / simple plan pop-punk.

I wish I could remember the rest of the lyrics, but on the "Evening with Groucho" album, Groucho Marx sings a short ditty that begins "It's better to live in Toronto / Than to live in a place you don't want to..."
