1) Do only players in actual positions have their stats counted? Or do utility players also? Benchj players wont have their daily stats counted right?

2) each day, when is the deadline for making your lineup? would it be before the first pitch of the first game of the day?

Pretty sure utility players stats do count hence the importance of having them. If a player is "benched" he gets no points.

I think some people will draft back ups in case their starter gets hurt and they can bench the starter and still have a capable replacement.

Not sure about the daily deadline.

There's no deadline for setting your entire lineup, you just have until right before a player's game starts to put him in or get him our of your lineup. But it helps to make sure you have all the guys you want in your active lineup set before the first game starts on any given day, just in case. I usually have my lineup in by noon, if not the night before.

Thats what Im gonna try to do..But may be hard with the late west coast games.

i'll just make it my first priority in the mornings.

I got 6 runs 6 hits and 5 RBI's from last nights game. Not too bad for one game.
