Who's got dbpoweramp and wants to convert a file for me?

I have it but it won't let me convert to M4A for some reason.

I need this file converted at 48 kbps. thank ya.

that's because m4a is for quicktime.
I think it only lets you convert from m4a.

I found the codec that lets me convert it but dbpoweramp keeps crashing when I try to convert it.
