Some TV producer should call me so we can make this show:

It's a bastardization of Trading Spaces in which two people have $500 to upgrade the other person's record/cd collection.

The participants would have the freedom to "remove" titles. e.g. "God, how can anyone bring themselves to own such and such a title (insert your favorite album here)." Then they would go on a spree and upgrade the other person's library.

This would make for excellent television.

Anybody removes any music from my place and their body parts would be strewn across Ashford Dunwoody.

So, yeah, I guess that would make for good television.

i agree. music gets removed and limbs will be removed from the removers. i'd be fine with someone that i trust adding to my collection, though.

I'd just tell the producer that all my wife's CDs were actually mine and I'd hide all mine.

Yeah, but you know that anyone that gets on the show would have like 18 CDs, all of which are pure crap anyway. There's no way they'd put a real music-geek on there, we're far too unphotogenic. What it should be is be like TLC's What Not To Wear, where friends/family nominate you for a music-makeover. That I'd watch.
