I'm pretty sure that guy doesn't have Tourette's. He's probably just an asshole.

This site contains videos of a guy we call the "Tourettes Guy". While he obviously has something wrong with him (and likes to drink), many people have suggested that his behavior is not consistent with Tourettes Syndrome.

Yeah - I played in highschool and some pickup basketball games against/with Chris Jackson (aka - M. Abdul-Rauf). He was rarely affected when he was playing, but, off the court, you would be sitting next to him and he'd nearly knock you off the bench without being able to control it.

Strange affliction, but, I guess it affects people in different ways.
