Are there any good programs out there that will let you view all your files' bitrates in a list, and let you convert them?

I use FreeRIP to rip songs to the computer and mp3Trim to edit the lengths.

I used to use WinMX to view the files bitrate and then Musicmatch Jukebox to convert all the songs on my computer to 128 and all songs I was burning onto a cd to 192. But I'd like to be able to simplify it all into one program, if possible.

why would you convert something from 128 to 192?

192 is standard cd quality, so I use that for any mixes I make. 128 takes up less room, though, so I use that for mp3's that I only listen to on the computer.

youre not going to gain any quality by converting them to a higher bitrate, so it wont make any difference. youre better of just leaving them be.
